Jedes Jahr im August sind wir mit unserem Team aus England bei der MoselBallonFiesta in Föhren. Auch einige unserer Gäste sind mit Begeisterung dabei.
Each year in August we travel to Detzem to attend the Mosel Ballon fiesta. This a fantastic event with up to 70 colourful ballons flying over the beautiful Mosel valley. We are very lucky to be able to stay with Matthias and Hiltrude Lowen in the village of Detzem. They have several excellent apartments which are ideal for accommodating the ballon team. Situated on the Mosel and only 5 minutes from Fohren airfield makes the logistics of the weekend very easy. Matthias and Hiltrude make us very welcome and join in the fun by always coming to help as a part of our ballon crew. The event is full of highlights and always provides us with happy memories.
